The Computer Network Support program
is designed around A+ and Network+ certifications.
The A+ and Network+ certifications
are testing programs sponsored by CompTIA that validates entry-level
service technicians in the computer industry. Both testing programs
will cover a broad range of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
In Computer Network Support,
the student will learn computer hardware and software diagnostics,
troubleshooting/finding solutions, and network fundamentals that
are key components in the A+ and Network+ certifications.
