Industrial Maintenance Technicians are in high-demand
Apollo’s Industrial Maintenance Technician is a 648-hour curriculum program that will prepare students to obtain OSHA 30 Safety certification and Fanuc certifications. Through classroom and “hands-on” training, students will gain knowledge and practice skills needed in technical-level Industrial Maintenance work. Subjects applied include: Technical Mathematics, Electrical, PLC, Mechanical Drive Systems, Blueprint Reading, Motor Controls, and Single-Phase Circuits.
Students who qualify may participate in externships throughout the program. Certified Industrial Maintenance Technicians are in high demand. Students successfully completing this program will learn a wide variety of hands-on engineering, machining and technical skills needed in 21st century manufacturing facilities. Students completing this training program will have successfully demonstrated skills needed for entry-level employment in a variety of Industrial Maintenance.
Full-time students receive 12Hrs. of Professional Development instruction in employability/character issues and job search/interviewing skills. Students who complete program curriculum (meeting performance measures and maintaining at least 90% attendance) will receive a “career passport” which includes a list of competencies demonstrated in training, a final performance transcript, and a master program certifica
