Our Class A CDL course consists of 200 hours of training; 56 hours of classroom training and 144 hours of range and road training. The course is designed to provide the basic skills needed to become a professional CDL driver. Our Class A curriculum exceeds both the Federal and State of Ohio entry-level training requirements. These requirements are vital to obtain employment as a truck driver with over 60 trucking companies that hire our graduates.
5-Week Day Schedule
The 5-Week Day class meets Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The first two and a half weeks of class are split between classroom and range training. The students will spend the morning learning new truck concepts in the classroom. In the afternoon, the students will get to practice those concepts in the truck. The last two and a half weeks of training will focus on range and road training which will finalize their preparation to take the CDL test in our truck.

10-Week Weekend Schedule
The 10-Week Weekend class meets Saturday – Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The first six weeks of class are split between classroom and range training. The students will learn new truck concepts in the classroom and immediately practice those concepts in the truck. The last four weeks of training will focus on range and road training which will finalize their preparation to take the CDL test in our truck.

The tuition covers the cost of:
- DOT physical and drug screen
- CDL permit
- CDL skills test
- Use of the school’s vehicle for CDL testing
- CDL license
- Job placement assistance during and after training
- All supplies and materials used while training
There is a $200 application fee that covers the cost of a copy of driving record (driver’s abstract), DOT physical and drug screen.
Financial aid is available based on eligibility through WIOA, NAFTA, TAA, TRA, OOD, VA, Tuition Assistance, Montgomery GI Bill, or employer sponsored. Private Student Loans are accepted.

Admission Requirements
- Students must have valid driver’s license, pass a DOT physical examination and school-approved drug screen.
- Must possess a valid Ohio drivers license for a minimum of 90 days
- 18 years of age allows students to drive in-state only.
- Minimum age of 21 for interstate driving.
- Students must have no more than four (4) points on his or her current license.
- No DUI / DWI / OMVI motor vehicle substance convictions in the previous five (5) years.
